The location was great and the free parking was on site. The folks working here were affable. The room we had included a safe box, TV, tea and coffee making facilities.

The room was big and fine and had an electric kettle and glassware. It was overlooking garden. Its location was FAVOURABLE, close enough to the airport, and the lake and trees on the property. The staff were attentive and helpful and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge.

We loved the hotel's location with stunning natural views. The Eco-friendly arrangements like the salt water pool and solar panels added an extra charm to our stay. We enjoyed the remarkable swimming pool that was spacious, clean and partitioned for common, kids and ladies separately. Furthermore, sports facilities, such as snooker, badminton, and basketball, kept us entertained. The staff, especially the manager and the welcoming gentleman, were humble, kind, and attentive.

This hotel exceeded our expectations during our Christmas vacation. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised with the delicious complementary cocktails and snacks offered upon our arrival. the key location, just steps away from the peaceful lagoon and stunning beach, made it easy for us to explore the area. We also enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
Although our experience was overall positive, we did have a few minor complaints. the Wi-Fi connection in our room was spotty at times, making it difficult to stay connected.

We had a great family vacation with amazing staff, clean comfortable room, excellent service and delicious meals at reasonable prices. There were plenty of activities for the kids and a lovely pool area with great views. The room was well-equipped with shower gel, shampoo, and towels.
It could be improved if there were more nearby options for shops and cafes.

The beach was amazing, with crystal clear water and white sand. We enjoyed lounging under the sun and swimming together. The romantic dinner by the water was perfect with a fantastic view of the sunset. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable.
The room was outdated with stained sheets and carpets. The bathroom had unpleasant odors and the shower wasn't functioning properly.
